Pam
has regularly published articles in Carolina
Gardener Magazine since 1993. She recently was awarded the Silver
Trowel Award for magazine-writing for 2006 by the Garden
Writer's Association of America for her May 2005 article "For
the Love of Magnolias" in Carolina Gardener. She
had another CG article on heirloom tomatoes reprinted in
Seed Saver's Exchange.
Pam is also currently writing for Fifteen501
and Wake Living Magazines
and is a member of the Triangle
Area Freelancers.

Homes & Gardens Magazine. |
A member of
the Garden Writers Association of America, she wrote “Perennially
Yours”, a gardening column for the Raleigh News & Observer,
for five years; and, was honored by The News & Observer as “Tarheel
of the Week” in May 1997.
